Toui’s Island Shrimp


Serving Size 2

1 lb Fresh Shrimp(Med) or ( ShellFish of your choice)
1 tbsp Toui’s Creole Seasoning
½ Lemon or lime
1 Tomato
1 Cubanelle pepper or Sweet pepper of your choice
1 Onion(Small)
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions: Put peeled , cleaned shrimp in a bowl with a little water and squeeze ¼ of Lemon on Shrimp and mix. Take Shrimp out and dry. Place Shrimp in bowl to season. Add 1 tbsp of Toui’s Creole Seasoning and squeeze in ¼ lemon rub in well. Julian peppers, onion & tomato. In a hot skillet add 1 tbsp of Olive oil and butter in pan. Place tomato, onion & peppers in skillet to cook about 5-6 minutes depending on the thickness of your cutting. Add Shrimp in cover and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. ( Don’t overcook Shrimp) Add salt if needed and enjoy.

Shrimp can actually increase the levels of HDL, or "good cholesterol" thereby supporting heart health.
