Creole Stew Chicken

2 lb Chicken or fish ( Whatever you're using )
2 Tbsp Toui's Creole Magic
3 tbsp oil
1 med Onion
1 Sm Tomato( ketchup can work too)

Wash chicken place in a bowl, drain & dry. Add 2 tbsp of Toui's Creole Magic, mix together well and let sit for about 30 mins. Heat a skillet. Put in 3 tablespoons of oil when hot. Throw in seasoned chicken stir it in well let in sear in the oil and get a nice color. Cover let cook for about 8 mins. Put 1/4 cup of water in you can rinse bowl that chicken was in to get all the flavor. Cook to 165F. You can add what ever vegetables you like to it as well. But add vegetables when you finish searing meat before adding water. Add salt to taste at the end.
