Caribbean Fry Fish

2 lb Fish (your choice of Seafood)
1 Lemon or Lime
2 tbsp Creole Seasoning
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Black Pepper.

Wash fish in a bowl with water squeezing 1/2 lemon juice on it. Drain fish then add 2 tbsp Creole Seasoning. Mix well and let sit for 10-15 mins. Mix Flour & Black Pepper in a bowl to dust fish with before frying. Heat Oil in a frying pan. Dust your Fish on both sides in the flour & Black pepper and place in the hot oil.  Brown on both sides until golden brown. Then sit back and enjoy.
