Toui's Island Flavors was started with an idea while living and working in New York City. With the city’s fast pace, it was difficult to find time to cook a healthy tasty meal. Working in the food industry myself, this was a problem for me. So, I decided to design something that would help me have a tasty meal in less time.
Both Toui’s Creole Magic and Creole Seasoning were the result. Drawing inspiration from a fusion of three cultures, French, Asian, West Indian. Creating a delight for taste buds. Both marinades are made with all fresh herbs and spices and all natural preservatives of kosher salt and vinegar.
